Most ANSI Compliance Solutions(ACS) pages contain several links on the top of the page, including one displaying your name. If you have the necessary permission, clicking on your name brings up a page on which you can change your personal information, such as your name, phone number, and email address. Note that if you click on your name, you will interrupt any work you are doing in ACS, since after finishing with the personal information page you may only be able to return to the ACS Applicability Reviews page; most people make use of this facility only when they are already on the List of Reviews page.
The roles shown on this page determine your ACS permissions; however you cannot change them unless you have a special permission.
Time Zone and Notification Days:
The time zone and notification days are used if you are getting emails about tasks that are assigned to you. You may select one or more days of the week on which to receive these emails. Each email will cover everything that has occurred since the last email notification was sent, so you won't miss anything if you do not ask for one to be sent out each day.
Importance of Email Address:
It is important that your email address be kept current, since this is how we send important communications to you, such as those that permit you to reset a forgotten password.
NOTE: If you are a user with the necessary administrative permission, you may have gotten to this page by using the Manage Users activity on the Settings menu. In this case, you may be editing the information for a user other than yourself. In addition, you may also have the permission to assign roles to users.
