Contents of the List of Reviews:
The central part of the Reviews page contains a list of reviews. If you are like most users, this list contains only reviews for which you are a team member that is allowed to at least view that review. A dropdown list just above the list of reviews permits you to select either "Active" or "Archived" Reviews. [If you have the additional necessary permission, this dropdown may also be used to select all reviews for your company -- the additional choices will appear in the dropdown menu.]
Archiving and Reactivating Reviews:
Active reviews may be edited. When you no longer need an active review, you may click the "safe" icon at the right of the review line; this will archive the review and it will no longer appear on your list of active reviews. If you need to reactivate an archived review, first select "Archived Reviews" from the dropdown list, and then use the safe icon on the right to change the review back to active status. You cannot edit an archived review, and most users will not be able to un-archive reviews that they do not own or have not created.
Deleting Reviews:
In general, even users who can archive reviews cannot delete them. However, users with a special permission can actually delete reviews that have already been archived. This has the result of removing them from the list of archived reviews. They can only then be reactivated by contacting a ACS customer service represenative. To delete a review, click the "x" icon to the far right of its row.
Review Details and Navigation:
Each line in the list of reviews is one review. If you want to edit a review starting with its first page (setup), click on its review name. Alternately, you can jump directly to other steps in the review process by clicking on the icons in the (high level) Screening, Risk Assessment, Detailed (screening), Event Management, Task Management, and Worksheets columns. Please note that these icons are available only if you have gotten at least to that point in your review, and if the level of ACS you are authorized for contains that feature. Also, the Screening column shows your progress from the List of Reviews page ("48/109" is 48 out of 109 questions answered).
Versions of Reviews:
The first (untitled) column of the list of reviews will be empty when the review is first created. If updates to the requirements have occurred since the review creation, a red circular icon will appear if there are impacting changes, or a yellow triangular icon if there are non-impacting changes. Clicking on either initiates the review versioning process (see the Versions of Reviews subtopic).
